Barnyard funk upon open with tart cherry notes. Softened into scents of tobacco. Little hit of menthol followed by graphite and forest floor. Earthy, but lithe. Lighter body will be perfect with seared halibut and mushroom risotto. — 25 days ago
Baby killer! 2015 vintage. Cherry and Black pepper notes on the nose. Cherry, cranberry, cinnamon and black pepper. Has softened considerably in the first 30 minutes, almost velvety. Needs a ton more time, but will be worth the wait. Update: more graphite on the finish. — 4 days ago
