Back on the diet.
The 2011 Jamet CR is one of the most consistent wines I’ve ever had. Over the course of about a dozen bottles, it was remained the same - pure, aromatic, drinkable and fresh. This was the first bottle I’ve had in a few months. It still has many of the qualities of earlier bottles, but there’s an intimation of maturity in the more complex aromatics and more supple tannins. — a month ago
Fabulous still Pinot Noir in the style of Coteaux Champenois from sparkling winemaker Michael Cruse. 2014 vintage was fresh and lively. — 2 months ago
