This is the regular bottling of Vietti’s Moscato d’Asti. I’m not normally a Moscato frizzante guy but I’m trying out an unusual recipe that calls for half a bottle of it. So we’re drinking the rest of it and it’s quite nice. Loads of spritely fruit on the nose, ripe and zesty in the mouth. Super clean and pure tasting. This would be dynamite rehydration after a work-out! Only 5% alcohol! — 8 months ago

@Severn Goodwin - I should keep a bottle or two of this handy. It’s something that would scratch an unusual itch no other wine I have would!
@Pooneet K - It’s a tomato-less, garlic-less meat sauce for pasta from an Abruzzi cookbook. It turned out quite well!
