Elegant and delicate easy drinking pinot. Great for all occasions. — 2 months ago
I’m a fussy one with Pinot. It should not come from Western Australia IMO. Clones or climate, prob both. This from the Mornington Peninsula is everything I want. Lower alcohol, rose petals, violets, no confection, some spices. It went really well with a Chicken Biryani. I’ve always loved their Chardonnay and now I’m late to their Pinot Show but loving this immensely. 2019.
(And then I remember that Batista Estate Angelina Pinot is a doll. From WA) 🩷 — 21 days ago

See previous Delectable notes from 2021 and 2022. Always a class act from Tom Carson and in the top echelon of Pinots from Mornington Peninsula. A beautiful red fruited perfume with stewed fruits. A percentage of whole bunch in the ferment. Richness on the palate with depth. A well made wine from a good vintage. Lucky I have one left. — 6 days ago
