Not ITB but did the WSET Diploma in London "for fun". :-)
Settling in beautifully. The 2015 we had recently was still so primary that it was a little uninteresting. This bottle was absolutely delicious. Everything was balanced and took to the smoked duck like a... don't worry about it. 🦆😁 Has the goods to go another decade easily. — 4 months ago
Oh my. This is the business for my palate. Absolutely spot on. You know when a wine has some kind of energy to it, that the moment it hits your mouth you just know that it's ticking all of your boxes. After an hour the acid became a little shrill, but apart from that, this bottle was wonderful. — a year ago
This one did not do it for me. Felt somewhat forced. Both the acid and tannin stuck out. Slight over extraction and yet a hint of carbonic maceration to really confuse my palate. Drunk one three nights and at different temperatures but to no avail. I love my Cab Francs refreshing, and alas this bottle wasn't. Shame. — 3 months ago
14 years under screwcap and this hasn't really changed that much. Integrated yes. More interesting? Probably no. Great bang for your buck and a stand out "Cellar Defender". — 4 months ago
This bottle was a few years past its prime, showing slight oxidation which took the edge off the finish. Still incredibly moreish but lacking that vibrancy you get with a lively, aged Semillon. — a year ago
Proper grippy rose. Don't drink it too cold or the acid and tannin will pull your palate out of shape. Delicately cooled and it's a beautiful beast of a rose. Sturdy enough to go with mains and yet well balanced enough to have as an aperitif. — 3 months ago
Now this Cab Franc was brilliant. Absolutely on song with crunchy acid and tannins, lifting light red fruits and subtle OH. Refreshing and also quite complex in the finish. I loved it. Beautiful. — 5 months ago

Just a lovely, beautifully balanced Rosato. Refreshing, not cloying nor harsh, it disappeared in record time. — a month ago
