Ripe peach and grapefruit with a hint of apricot. On the first night the sweetness dominated (we mainly drink dry Riesling). This was 8.5% ABV with plenty of residual sugar, but on the 2nd night not tasting as sweet. Purity verging on crystalline. Medium plus palate intensity. A class act typical of JJ PRUM. I’m not sure if I have chosen the right title here. There was nothing “Trocken” (Dry) about this Riesling. — 6 months ago

Highlight of the night!! Decanted for 1 hours since Bev’s keeps their white wines way too cold. A little petrol followed by candied peaches and fresh cardamom. — a month ago
Candied lime. Wet limestone. Great balance of citrus, minerality, and acidity. — 2 months ago

Petrol undertones show first, lovely apricot aromas and flavors, this is still incredibly youthful, this wine will probably outlast me, long, lingering finish, but this really holds at the sweetness level (Spatlese) and isn’t in any way cloying, great juice!! — 12 days ago
