JJ Prüm wines are always reliable, but even given their consistently high quality this bottle was a standout - crisp, clean, perfectly balanced, driven by minerals, green apple, lime and honeysuckle (and powered by petrol), this bottle just rocked Riesling out of the glass. A terrific effort
