Blackberry, boysenberry, potting soil, and some spice on the nose. After decanting for over 30 minutes, an intense nose of purple flowers emerged. Not as peppery as I thought it would be. Great with many kinds of heavy, red meats. Good but should get even better in a few more years. — 4 years ago
