Oak and tannins are very well integrated, revealing a dense core of somewhat candied fruit. Acidity is soft but provides a bit of lift for the weighty fruit that reveals its origins from the warm microclimate of the Middle Reach. Lush, dense, succulent. Everything RRV Pinot Noir should be.
