Syrah dialed to 11; nose is crazy concentrated brambles, smoke, meat, leather; palate intense blackberry, blueberry compote, loads of mineral, black pepper in the background; intensely structured. Bright lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and nutty flinty floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and citrus with floral notes and herb spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with citrus and stony mineral spice. Nice!

Flinty and crisp on the nose nose and palate. A nice and typically French personality with lemon rind and copious amounts of salinity. Nice weight and texture with more brine than sweetness. Drinking well right now, but will sail on for another 7-10 years, with ease. — 8 months ago
