A brilliant value and brilliant bottle of Chablis. Wide open. What a nose. Deep mineral. Lime pith. Airy. Saline. Seashells. Palate is nervous and tensile with great purity and texture. Almost no fruit. Salty. Good structure and acidity. Such snap, sap and length on this wine. Amazingly well made. Easily 1er Cru quality. So juicy, so dense, so pure. Brilliant.

Brilliant wine. Seashells, seashore and even some Sally. Mineral but also sweet lime pith. White flowers as well. Palate has loads of acidity but also very clean fruit and salinity for days. Long and super refined on the finish. In a great place.

2014 Chablis...So Good!

Initially a little cold, it displayed an interesting nose of creamed honey and lemon. Now that it's warming we're smelling fresh lemon ground down in a mortar and pestle, that vibrant citrus aroma from flesh and pith combined with abundant minerality.

The palate is full of great minerality, day old cut lemon, under-ripe white peach, green apple with a sprinkle of salt. $23, value delivered!

This is easily 1er Cru in quality. Great 14’s here. Penetrating mineral nose. Lime, apple skins, minerals, seashell complexity. Smoking. Palate is like drinking the ocean if it were made of Chardonnay. Seashells, good tannic grip, textured and deep. Sensational concentration and balance. Dense and chewy with tremendous grip. Huge minerals. No rush. Delicious today but young.

This easily tops 2/3 of the Premier Crus out there. Complex nose shows crushed limestone/sea shell, lemon oil, a whiff of crusty baguette, deep apple and barely ripe peach. Lean, crisp, and lengthy in the mouth. So good. 2014 is such a classic year for Chablis (and Beaujolais too for that matter).

Rich nose for a Chablis. Loads of ripe green and yellow apple, minerality, subtle nuttiness, long finish, not too dry, lovely acidity 👌🏻 prefect with or without food.

Super shimmering nose of seashells and lemon rind. Decadently mineral. Palate has that terrific rich 2014 texture but also terrific nerve and intensity. So concentrated and pure. Sweet lime/mineral finish. Excellent length. Really high quality. The acid is unreal.

Wow. Blind I'd guess premier cru. Fantastic. Rich and although I hate this word unctuous. Lovely finish. Boom.

Had the chance to taste here with the young winemaker, Fabian, in October so it was fun revisiting this. This is a blend. Pretty classic Chablis profile—good acidity, mineral driven, and very flavorful.

Shells, stones, lemon, saline. Taught. Classic. Way too much wine for the price.
