pretty volatile juice here. needs a bit of time to open up and settle down cause it tastes like str8 vinegar at first. after a while it's reveals some cherry notes. low alcohol, high acids (?), no tannin, pretty dry. — 6 years ago

WOW ! cognac, honey, syrupy wine. so complex and enjoyable. subtle pear/appley notes. beautiful honey color with great texture. tastes like a bay leaf was dropped into it. so ya slightly herbal. nice acids ? over all yummmmm. — 6 years ago
