Don’t let the vermouth label fool you — 5 months ago
Subtle notes of stone fruits, but somewhat dominated by phenols. This subsided with air, but influenced my experience. Palate was lean and clean with nice salinity. Acid was soft, but balanced. I did anticipate better from this producer. — 2 months ago
A tight nose, perhaps more air would help bring it out. But it’s savory palate is a perfect match for Spanish eggplant w honey & lemon. Tropical but muted, a wonderful viscous mouthfeel that Carries some wood I’m betting. I see some ratings in previous yrs really knock it down, but these things are all so subjective. Not an opulent w Rhone, but even with my post Covid mouth, enjoyable, especially with food. — 7 months ago
Lovely. Slightly tropical. Mineral. Delicious. Long finish. — a month ago
Delish- fruity, fresh but a undertone of funk that’s great — 3 months ago
Wow. So mineral and pretty. So many seashells and a huge dash of iodine. Smells like there is a ton of material there. Palate is ripe but less ripe than a 17 Lechet with insane salinity and great freshness. Long. Really good acidity and has more acid than a 17 Lechet from Monday and less gras. This is so Chablis. Really compact and just so well made. Showing brilliantly. — 7 months ago

Flinty and crisp on the nose nose and palate. A nice and typically French personality with lemon rind and copious amounts of salinity. Nice weight and texture with more brine than sweetness. Drinking well right now, but will sail on for another 7-10 years, with ease. — 13 days ago
