Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Kabinett Riesling 2020

This is a pristine wine, Kabinett so the fruit is crisp, clean and youthful - lime, green apple, green pear, elderflower, wet stone and flint. Off-dry (and 8%abv). Bright acidity, Medium finish — 10 months ago

Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling Kabinett 2019

Delicious aperitif Riesling. Beautifully pure appley fruit just hinting at peach. Clean subtle stony minerality. Nice acids balancing out the slight fruity sweetness on the palate. — 4 months ago

Mateo Sarah Anne visit and he’s a foodie and vino lover. Full just maturing Riesling with that petrol hay bread basket floral notes and lovely lively texture with penetrating finish. Risotto with scallops? No problem. — 7 months ago

Mosel Kabinett Riesling 2019

Green apples, slight honey and petrol. There is a sweetness to the acidity. It’s delicate. There is a slight wet creek rock meets little white wild flowers taste to it. I feel like I should be by a gently flowing river in spring that you would find in a Disney movie… maybe sitting in a canoe. I would pair this with a Pudelpointer, a water fowl retrieving dog from Germany. Both wine and dog are friendly, calm, and disciplined. — a year ago
