Just ridiculously delicious with bright pineapply tropical fruit that doesn't seem to have aged a day, with a crackling texture to give it definition. It is, underneath that, a very sweet wine, certainly thicker than the spatlese norm, and it's pretty amazing that it never gets cloying and retains that snap-crackle-pop, but there is a point before the end of the bottle when you put the cork back in and say that's enough sugar for one night.
