Poderi Sanrocco / barbaresco 2015
Cherry, strawberry, hay, some almond too and a tiny apple cider touch too which disappears minute after minute. The palate is well balanced. Sheer acidity and a lovely red fruit with a sweet touch, some nice mouthfeel on the width, almost a raisin thing in the rear, some drying tannins to add complexity before a long red fruits finish with that drying thing and some raisin persistance. Looks like no-one has had this one on here so it might be a fake retail brand but it's very satisfying. — a month ago
Silky finish , cherry and chocolate notes. Easy to drink . I really liked it — 8 days ago
Beautifully expressive at the moment. A brooding, earthy attack gives way to an elegant, candied fruit finish. Aromatic roses with some asphalt and earthy notes up front with a finish of cherries. — a month ago
