Lime lead and zest, lightly floral, major minerality and citrus, balanced sweetness, med depth. Giving off a little kerosene. Quite pleasant. — 3 months ago

Blend of 70% Grenache, 17% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah & 3% Cinsault, deep Ruby color with aromas of berry fruits, oak and floral spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with oak, herb spice and floral notes. Wine was complex and elegant with fine smooth tannins, long fruit and spicy finish. Very Nice! — 8 months ago
Flinty minerals on the nose, medium body and a good amount of acid hit the palate, a tart citrus that lingers with some mouth coating minerals. Had the tart acid of a cool climate Sauv Blanc but a different minerality compared to Loire Valley. Paired amazingly with jerk chicken and Caribbean rice and mango salsa #gotm2020 — 6 years ago
Very nice Beaujolais. Was quite curious how this would present given the wide variety of opinions on this wine. Aromatically quite beautiful - delicate flowers, lighter red fruit. Palate follows through nicely. Restrained at this point, and the 14% doesn’t present in any negative way. Long finish with great earthy tannins and good acid. Perfect cold night pairing with a rotisserie chicken. — 5 months ago

Wow. What a decidedly gorgeous wine. Distinctive mineral and fruit complexity. Right up my alley @Lyle Fass — 4 years ago

Warm spring evening on the deck, chicken simply roasting in the oven: time for a Sancerre Rouge! To my taste this is at its peak. There’s still quite a bit of sappy cherry Pinot fruit, but loads of interesting soil-based notes are emerging, with wet dirty limestone, and scents like deep forest underbrush after rain. Nice intensity in the mouth, with mouthwatering acids to keep it fresh. Tannins are light and almost silky textured. Lovely. — 2 months ago
