A super light and fresh blend of grenache, carignan, and alicante bouschet. A natural wine so the slightly funky forest floor notes definitely come through in the aromas and taste. Some minerals and cherries on the nose and definitely tart cherries on the palate followed by a chalky lingering mouthfeel. Pushing the border of my limit for natty funk, but should pair wonderfully with pasta! #gotm2020 — 6 years ago
Dark ruby red with a very aromatic nose; some spices, some floral notes. Crazy tannins (that had mellowed when revisited a few days later) and a bit of fruit (candied raspberries per MM). Get to Know Grenache Class #gotm2020 — 6 years ago
Wild raspberries and a little earthiness on the nose, light body with a bright acid tingle, the tart wild raspberry and earthy aromas come through in the taste. "A great example of Burgundy that shoes the leanest more structured version of Pinot". Ready to pair with anything earthy and mushrooms. #gotm2020 — 6 years ago
Dark ruby red in color. Very aromatic with black raspberry and a little wet leaves earthiness. Lots of acid first, then ripe raspberries and blackberries, lingering earth/spice/herb flavors. A complex thinker... it changes through the sip and after. #gotm2020 — 6 years ago
Get to Know Cab Franc Class (bonus wine - the carboy we brought back from our trip to CO last year). Raspberry aromas and some milk chocolate notes, more herby aromas as it opens up. Herby on the palate with a little bell pepper, a little smooth chocolate, and more tingly acid with not as much of a tannin lingering. #gotm2020 — 6 years ago

Pours inky dark garnet/purple. Jammy black fruit aromas, blackberries and plums. Big lush body with lots of jammy fruit flavors and tongue tingling acid that follows. Balanced and complex, and delicious! #gotm2020 — 5 years ago
