Weingut Max Ferd. Richter
Mülheimer Sonnenlay Kabinett-feinherb Riesling
Petrol and lemon zest along with some pineapple notes on the nose. The palate is tangy because of a very strong acid backbone and a sweet pineapple and lemony note. There is massive grip and the palate goes on for ever, finishing on a very tangy note that's extremely salivating, note unlike these tangy sweets that kids eat out of a dare. A bit unbalanced when compared to the previous off-dry German Riesling I had. Could it be better with food?
