So much better the day after we opened it! Rich fruit forward and a bit of spice. Flavors of cherry, raspberry and a bit of spice. — a month ago
This is much more backward and has a tannic edge to it, dark fruits, good length, I suspect that this will always show that tannic edge, big and richer than the Traboules, but I prefer the refined aromatics and balance of the Traboules tonight. — 19 days ago

Had it right out of the barrel on the 3rd Thursday in November! Dark ruby red, spice and pepper accents, sweetened over time, paired nicely with a traditional Coq au Vin. — a month ago
Medium ruby in color; cherries, hibiscus, and dried herbs on the nose; high acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like raspberries, red currants, and wet slate with a long finish. — 2 days ago

Used for holiday party as a magnum, a beautiful Beaujolais that’s lively and more complex than typical Beaujolais with the barrel notes surfacing with some minerality giving it a nice bright finish - imported from Kermit Lynch — 4 days ago
