Visiting Lisbon for the first time and asked for a distinctly local wine, and this is what the gentleman suggested. Lovely, crisp and clean, like a Chardonnay, without the oak. Green apple, lemon, and happiness! So glad we had a chance to try a taste of beautiful Portugal! — 3 months ago
Meaty nose with wet stones, followed by heaven. Love this! Ripe red fruits and a hint of stewed fruits on the palate. So luscious and delightful to drink. A classic and beautiful Rhone. — 3 months ago
Smoky nose with soil, meat, and almost a dusty note. Interesting blend, but a little muddled. Nothing to write home about. Good drinking wine for $10. VC — a month ago
Whoa! Super fragrant nose of black pepper and jasmine, without any fruits. Pastile perhaps? And whoa again! Super juicy, light tannins and smooth going down. Vanilla, jasmine, and violet pastile on the palate. Flavorwise it reminds me of brandy. Love this! — 3 months ago
Abundant cherry nose with stewed fruits. Palate is restrained. Typical of Old World, very austere with a touch of acidity. Just opened, so it may open up. — 3 months ago
Very cherry nose, with a hint of tar. Loads of cherry on the palate. Mix of bright fruit notes, but also earthy, coffee notes. Low tannins and silky smooth. Nice solid earthiness. Good stuff!! — 4 months ago
Lots of fruit on the nose, followed by more fruit on the palate. Subtle dry tannins, but very smooth. It's definitely not as exciting as it's Nebbiolo neighbors, but those can also be quite a force to be reckoned with. This is a nice, easy wine to sip whilst chatting with friends. Lovely! — 2 months ago
Pungent fruity notes with loads of spiciness. Such an incredible nose! Beautiful melange of cherry, raspberry and baking spices. And bam. Fully flavored with loads of fruit, silky smooth, and light and easy finish. Incredibly well balanced and refined. My only complaint, although a small one, is the higher alcohol content is noticable and almost takes away from the elegance of the wine. If the AC were lowered a bit I'd have to say it was a nearly perfect wine. All that said, I have always loved brunellos and this is an amazing example. Definitely recommend! — 3 months ago
Meaty and earthy nose, with some smoke. Hints of chocolate and ripe red fruits. Surprisingly, we got no meat or earthiness on the palate. Juicy, slightly sweet, lots of ripe red fruits, silky smooth anf delicate tannins. Love love love!!! — 4 months ago

Lovely fruit and soil on the nose, with cedar or bay. Licorice, sundried tomato, and coffee on the palate. Nice this! — a month ago
