It tastes and feels like champagne. The bubbles are nice and it’s dry. I wish I bought a case — 2 months ago

Domaine Jessiaume Santenay 1er Cru ‘Les Gravières’ 2018: Medium-bodied. Medium acidity. Yellow apple. White peach. Lemon/lime. Butter. Vanilla. Oak. Excellent minerality & long flavorful finish. For me, this was an outstanding Burgundy wine. Cheers🍷 — 3 months ago
Nose is very mineral with lemon curd and tiny tiny hint of sweet lime flesh. It’s a bit cold out of the fridge but it will not me mistaken for anything else besides Chablis. White flowers and mega seashells. Gorgeous. Palate is nimble, fresh and has terrific acids. Really linear and pure. Just a tremendous bottle. So juicy and very sapid. Finishes salty and mineral. Great showing. Sneaky long finish and super chiseled. — 3 months ago
