Pure lemon, lemon pith, petrichor, lemon bar / white peach and something a little floral but earthy-floral, like a dandelion florality / acid in check and nicely sewn into a mouth-filling minerality / round and quite medium-bodied on the palate with some nice length —very mâconnais, but with hints of a spicy white tea thing I can’t quite put finger on. / super pleasurable and oddly thought-provoking, this Beaujolais blanc presents as an approachable, crowd-pleasing twist on entry-level white burg. And you know what? It’s delicious. — 21 hours ago
Nice nose. Plummy. Spice, cherries, some hints of mushroom. Nice. Palate is rich and ripe with good concentration and purity. Great precision as well. Last bottle was pretty meh. Loads of spice on the finish. Really balanced and shows a great side of 2009. — 17 days ago
From the fabulous ‘05 vintage, very good complexity with impressive depth, exotic citrus, stony minerals, lemon curd and a long finish. Drinks well above its value. — a day ago
All great roussanne fruit but not cloying nice acidity clean and balanced — 20 days ago
Pale lemon with medium intensity aromas of stone and tropical fruits with slight creamy spice notes. On the palate melon, pineapple, lemon, peach fruit with notes of vanilla spice. Medium finish. Vivid acidity ending a bit creamy with mineral and sweet spice notes. Drink now, no benefit from any bottle age. — 8 days ago
Fresh cut grass, strawberry, dry, grapefruit — 11 days ago
First impression of the aroma is strawberry shortcake with fresh cracked black pepper on top. Tomato leaf and thyme also emerge.
Ripe, juicy strawberry and cherry start things out followed by black pepper, black tea, and thyme. Great length with medium acidity and slightly dusty, well integrated tannin.
A way too easily drinkable, elegant, complex CdP. Love this stuff. — 9 days ago
