Way better on day two after opening. A lot of earth and herbs. Plums, cherry, good amount of tannin. I feel like if this was distilled it would be fernet. There’s a lot of herbs and forest greenery, but it still manages to stay light and fruity enough to make it really enjoyable. Looking forward to trying more Sicilian wines. — 2 months ago
The vines of Lilian-Ladouys are found a stone's throw from the Graves of Cos d'Estournel and the Chateau Lafite-Rothschild. Deep Ruby red color, with inky tones, blend of mostly Merlot, with Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, aged in French oak for 15 months, aromas of black and blue fruit, smoky notes and soft spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum with toasty oak flavors, full body with fine tannins, long finish ending with earthy menthol mineral character. — 5 months ago
Dark ruby with small garnet rim. On the nose plum, leather and wood. Resolved tannins with medium acid. Flavor is more tertiary at the beginning with some dark fruit and dark chocolate in the back. Viscous, with high abv and long finish. — 17 days ago
Deep rich color. Bouquet is rich with ripe fruit and earth notes. Surprisingly light flavor. Fruit forward with light earth notes at the finish. Smooth. — 4 months ago

Super interesting. Not as acidic and complex. Beautiful on the nose. Straddling between orange and white. — 3 months ago
Nicely aromatic & quite ethereal with ripe dark damson plum boosted by aniseed and fleur d’oranger. Some tart cherry, too. Sweet yet savoury with a mineral, dusty core underneath. Enticing.
Medium bodied on the palate, with firm, dusty, fine tannins, framing a nice core of dark cherry and bright super fresh acidity. A hint of wet earth, a hint of baking spice towards the finish.
This is drinking beautifully right now and hinting at something more complex than just a usual sip. All the elements come together, not seamlessly but with really interesting edges. .
A truly lovely & delicious wine. — 7 months ago

You have to let it breathe because it starts off too jammy. Give it some air for a more dynamic taste. Fruit forward, warm blanket. No outstanding flavor notes like pepper — 2 days ago
