A nice Barolo to enjoy now! Fermented in stainless and aged 2 years in oak. Medium ruby color with aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of sweet floral spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry, plums and hints of figs. Tannins are firm yet open with high acidity, medium smooth finish ending with tobacco and earthy herb notes. Very nice. — 12 days ago

Really enjoyable wine. Cherry and plum. Good tannins; will probably age well. Drank with left over Christmas pork tenderloin with fig sauce and au jus. Really enjoyed long finish. Due to young age mouthfeel was a little light, but should improve with them. — 24 days ago
