This wine pours a somewhat clear ruby red. It has a nice nose. The fruit is restrained. And after it’s been open for a little bit, the tannins really come through. This is an excellent wine that I got at Costco for $48. I would definitely re-buy it. This wine pours, a blackish purple. Beautiful flavors of boysenberry and blueberry. Balanced tans and a kind of thick jammies. This was quite the Find at grocery outlet. It said it was MSRP of $70. This wine pours a beautiful red purple and is somewhat clear. Great flavors of dried cherries, raspberries, and the hint of oak. Decent tannins and a nice finish.. The wine paired absolutely perfectly with the chicken tortellini and red sauce. The bottle came up as I was cleaning out my parents house. L wonderful flavors of cinnamon and spice cherries, and some dried fruit. It has good tannins . Pours a kind of clearish dark red initially. Which is a little deceiving. This is the last of the bottles from my parents’ collection that I inherited from them of this particular wine. It went well with the grass fed New York steaks we paired it with. the cork initially broke upon removal. The wine was probably not stored properly for a few years of its life. This wine pours a blackish purple. It has intriguing aromas of earth, cut grass and dried fruit. The flavors are amazing— red berries and maybe dates. It has balanced tannins and a moderate finish. As others reviewers have said, this wine is consistently outstanding. It pours a deep purple. Wonderful flavors of berries and dried fruit. Balanced tannins and an exquisite finish. As with the other wine for my birthday, it may have overpowered my seafood pasta at Mangia Bene restaurant a little bit. But it was worth it because it was so fantastic. So I put this one up for a few years. After 10 years, the cork broke on removal. But I was able to get the rest out with little incident thanks to YouTube. The wine poured a beautiful blood red. The flavors were deep and jammy of dried fruits like other reviewers have mentioned. It is dry with a modest finish.
