I was very interested in this wine because I had always associated Saint Aubin with the Chardonnay grape vs the Pinot Noir grape. I really like this wine. It was on the lighter and brighter side but was very drinkable and delicious. Before I knew it, I was enjoying my third glass (oops!). I was home so there was no problem. I think the guys at crush pushed the wine (politely), I bought two bottles and I’m glad I did. I’d recommend trying this red St Aubin for yourself. Delightful. Enjoy! — a year ago
Butterscotch preserved citrus fruits. - white pineapple. Vanilla, medium to full bodied, bright acids, long finish that recalls citrus fruits excellent value. Surprisingly how bright the fruit is for a 10 year old wine. Crazy how well some white burgundy ages. Drunk on its own after dinner. Sparked excellent conversation. — 2 months ago
