Two Hands

Gnarly Dudes Barossa Valley Shiraz 2020

Magnum! Very nice and enjoyable Shiraz, the way this grape should be like form the book. Serve it slightly chilled 17-18 degrees should do the trick. — 15 days ago

Villa Maria

Two Valleys Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2021

My first contact with new zealand. I’m impressed by the fruitiness of this wine. Passion fruit, ananas, mango and a white pepper finish. Fruit explosion — 21 days ago

Purple Hands

Lone Oak Ranch Pinot Noir 2020

Pinot Noir blend of fruit from eight different Willamette vineyards. Beautiful organic-based nose of mushroom, tobacco, lavender and freshly turned wet soil. Just a bit of dark cherry. The pallet is light with black cherry, cranberry and black raspberry fruit with some notes of cola and spice. Light color and body. Elegant. Excellent QPR for a Willamette Pinot. Thank you for sharing, Kase! — 13 days ago

Mild actually typically not a Pinot noir fan but like this one. — 12 days ago

Toscana IGT Cabernet Franc 2005

This is as great Tuscany can get - 100% Cabernet Franc, with beautiful fruit, very dark appearance, dark cherry, herb and chocolate flavours. Duemani refers to the two hands of Luca d’Attoma, oenologist also known from Tua Rita and Le Macchiole, two other great Tuscany estates. Prices have almost doubled since 2005, but this wine is worth it! — a month ago

Purple Hands

Freedom Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir 2020

Loved this one from Purple Hands. More earth and barnyard floor than the other single vineyard PHs. Way too early, but very enjoyable. — 3 days ago

Tablas Creek Vineyard

Esprit de Tablas Mourvedre Blend 2019

Better on day two but probably needs more time in bottle. Cherry compote, baking spices, bitter chocolate, a bit of eucalyptus and pine, tannin and acidity on the finish. More tart cherries and spices at the end. — 5 days ago
