Crystal clear, unfined & unfiltered. Guessing young vine. Color depth depends on fill. Nice strawberry note, plum in the finish, medium length finish, tannins are light-medium. 14% ABV. Not complex, light and bright. Good red for warm weather. Good job. — a day ago
Woot! First Israeli wine, a lil closer to completing my global wine bingo card.
52% Viognier, 33% Chenin Blanc, 25% Roussanne. 13.5% ABV
Lite crisp and fruity, balanced. Floral and lemony, pleasant, super easy to drink. What makes this wine successful, is the winemakers call to use amphora, neutral barrel, and stainless steel. Nicely done.

Le plateau des Chênes Blanc (60% Grenache Blanc, 20% Roussanne, 20% Clairette)
Under the capsule was moldy and grody, wine was muted, acidic, and a bit hot and zippy. Surprisingly not oxidized. Roussanne notes were pleasant, but not powerful enough to save the wine. Recent purchase from reputable store. — 11 days ago
On open, the Stelvin closure was smooth and had a feeling of substantial quality. Was not the typical metal on glass friction, as there was a plastic thread on the inside. Nice. Small thing wich made a noticeable difference.
Color is straw with a greenish tint, im not great with color, but green hue was noticeable in wine glass, and away from bottle and packaging.
Wine is ripe and fruity, dry and refreshing, notes are clean, straw/herbal/veg (fennel and terrior notes, not green under-ripeness) and sandy mineral notes. Ripeness puts the wine on the heavier side of medium body, as it is only 12.5% ABV. Very nice.
