Port Wine characteristics. Quite plumy. Tannins come back as this gets air. Yet they are fully integrated. Hint Cardamom then earth, dirt, dust, orange zest, sadly this winery does not exist any more. But in a way this tastes a little too predictable for me. Although for folks who never had an old burgh this would be a thrill. And may be i was wrong i the first 5 min. This really blows out into a beauty with air. — 8 months ago

Violet flower and plum. Tree’s skin. Juicy. A bit spicy and tanning. 2019 @1680, domaine -, 230506-230523 — 3 years ago
Medium dark rubi robe, nose of flowers and dark fruit, some anise. Very elegant in the mouth, good length, great finish. One of the finest producers of the north of burgundy and this is his most accessible wine. Great stuff. — 3 months ago
Really enjoying the generous, sensual, textured nature of this vintage and top producers really nailed it. — 7 months ago
Expressive nose of sour cherries, hint of farm, delicate, great acidity and elegance, a bit pricey, such is Burgundy. — 4 months ago
Popped and poured from decanter. Spectacular! — 4 months ago

Dark big and tannic. Too extracted for a Chambolle. Can go another 10 years. Excellent flavor profile, tea black mostly, dark cherries, boysenberry, crushed marble. Very very good. 13.5%. — 7 days ago
