Côte de Léchet Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay 2006

Enjoying this way too much to write thorough notes. Creamed corn, golden delicious apple (fresh and dried), beeswax, chamomile, hay. flinty , saline finish. Fresh AF for an ‘06. Don’t want it to end. Had one of those food and wine pairing serendipity moments having this wine alongside maitake tempura in a ponzu dipping sauce where everything just clicked 🤯! — a month ago

J. Daniel Cuvée Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

I would of not necessarily call this Howell MT fruit as it has a little bit of hillside/valley floor to it. PNP at this point. 10- The beginnings of a great bottlings. Cheers — 19 days ago

Les Vignes Rondes Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2005

This 2005 has settled nicely into a certain genteel personality, toned down it’s earthiness, and certainly a great companion to the pan-seared salmon with shaved truffles that my daughter and I had for dinner. Pleasant and adequate. — 22 days ago

Outstanding. Maybe not best vintage — a month ago

Les Vignes Rousses Ventoux Carignan 2019

Vintage 2019 | Made from 50 y old Carignan (60%), Grenache (30%) and Syrah (10%). 18 months barrel aging. That gives a solid wine with expressive smell (red summerfruit) quite frivolous, and a surprisingly powerful taste. Iron fist in a velvet glove. Really good. Paired it with venison steak. Good starter for the quest to Ventoux @Daniel M — 17 days ago

@Josh Morgenthau I'm not doing the math, but you're probably close, there are plenty of mag posts which may elevate that total volume.
@Bob McDonald Thanks, I'm not sure I have enough wine(s) leftover to do actual notes today, luckily we still have plenty of this delicious P-F, so there will be real notes on a future bottle.

Arbois Trousseau 2010

Vintage 2010 | wow-smell with só many expressions: flint, minerality, cacao, chocolate, rhubarb, vanilla. Off the middle of the road taste with still some tannins, high acidity, not easy, but with leg of lamb it gets a harmony that is satisfying. Ideal luncheonwine, this Trousseau. At restaurant Provence in Zaltbommel. — a month ago
