Cloudy antique gold-amber with a ropey head; dinosaur fossil and stylized anatomical organ lacing. Big grapefruit green grape and cut lime bullnoses, bends around to lemon panna cotta and vanilla. Hard citrus palatal entry gets cross checked by broom straw and cyprus wood, leaving lemon cookie dough along mid-tongue, walled by lime pith. Acorn, walnut and underripe pineapple enrich the finish. This ipa is aggressive hoppily, but damn refreshing and endlessly informing in the post game.

Über-bubble, if-just hazed, loose ocean foam, goes poof!, then just nebulae. Oily lacing of misfit moustaches. One swirl, though, and instant star nursery. Tangelo-lemon goodness blasts from the glass! Pure tropical mango from the tree. Grapefruit aspirations. Equally bright palate with the focus on a mineral-citrus that finds the perfect palatial trajectory, and sticks the landing on four hops. Namely, Mosaic for the baptismal tesserae, Citra for the gilded apse, Hallertau Blanc for the hallowed ground, and galaxy for the space between. Amen to the combo. Tartaric reverberations through a briny air, really quite evocative. This tastes the way Florida sometimes smells just after a rain. Tropical and saturated, but clean and spring-y. Jasmine, sweet grapefruit pith, lime and lemon. Really a great beer! .

Apple cider amber with thick day-fog top layer that reduces to snow crystal tam. Mutant duck pond straggling lacing soon becomes window sill insect anatomy graveyard. German beer nose with tinges of orange rinds dried and fresh. Yeasty-haziness gives it green plantain and lightest spearmint marshmallow and artichoke. Damn tasty though, despite its jumble of signals. Jamaican coco bread, rosemary bits, polenta, beer-bitterness that the style usually glosses gives it a nice perspective lemon peel and lime, candied ginger and grapefruit; all low-keyed and harmonious. Lemon bread with poppy. Tasty yeasty baby beastie.

Active mineral component to the sip, lemon oils and grapefruit on the slug, and a resinous and bitter hempseed on the gulp; though sweet citrus sails through. There are competing elements here, that defy cohesion; flashes of brilliance, and tumult. Feels like a damn party alright. .

Drops like a grapefruit gumdrop into cigar box with cedar and sweet tea murmurs, and proves a lovely complement to the malt sugars which somehow come off as raw granules. All the sweet notes extend to a point like a psychedelic pencil that writes in wheatgrass tannin and molasses burnt onto cast iron. Just what I needed to kickstart my brain. Prickly pear flavor suspended in a mucilaginous grapefruit, pomegranate, and lemon oil jell-o. Thin skin orange with pith, salty lime, peppery green grapes, and pine. Can’t quite put a finger on what makes this so dang enjoyable, but there it is. Sparkly, minerally, for sure, but tropical with crystalline pineapple, like a rocky wood that ends on a tropical beach. Parish Brewing Braincake DIPA! White grapefruit color with bubble striation, forming a yellow-tinted, white froth that dissipates rapidly to spitbug spots atop a cumulus cloudscape. Big nose of fresh juices; lemon, orange, grapefruit, and tangerine with a lime zest. There is a sense of rainbow sorbet to the whole. Piths of the aforementioned play background, while lemon crystallizes tantalizingly. Kumquat and guava swim in a palatable pudding of pineapple-tangerine, sporting defensive spikes of lemon essence filled with venomous grapefruit oils, somehow rooted on tangy malts. There is an exquisite balance at play, salivation and wicking churning up impossible combinations that seem citric, minerally, and soft in a melodic interplay. This one is really milking my fangs in the best of ways. .

Very bold and tropical nose of pineapple, Meyer lemon and clementine with a bit of lemon bread and glazed carrot thrown in for good measure. Chamomile tea and hemp flour in the middle, as lemongrass ultimately sharpens its otherwise soft edges aromatically.
