Jumping, pink marshmallow fez says au revoir, and poof. Slick, fake Santa beard lacing drops like a kid’s dream to orange semi-translucent puck, and appropriate foam smirk. This beer ‘looks’ pumpkin. The nose is cinnamon-allspice, and expected clove; a sweet brown sugar note waves from the corner. Cinnamon-sugar opens across the palate with a cream soda feel. Lemon zest ties the spice together into a lemoncello grip when it finally deciphers the malt and sugar message. There is a cola element throughout, which, in conjunction with the lemon, delivers a very refreshing and familiar comfort. Quite nice for the dwindling dog days of Florida summer! Poolside Pumpkin!

Spiced tea orange body blooms a smoke stained mane of energy dispensed to dusk dune reflections; then wisps. Orange zested dark breads, a touch of white pepper, grain husks, and bee pollen on the nose. Incredibly weighted in terms of bitter and sweet interplay. Lemon emerges, clove flower, hibiscus tea, orange pekoe, sweet tea, tea biscuit. Delightful.

Plunge. Bustin’ to bubble; browning lemon colored broth of shadowy opacity. Cotton-headed with a blond tinge. Nearly laceless, just afterthoughts sliding slowly over an oily cloth-print. Here a blob there a blob. Orange, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine oils suspended nebulous. Orange-carrot bread, madeleines, green pineapple, jasmine, honeysuckle. Heavenly clouds evoking scented memories amidst the novel eddies of uncharted aggregates. Creamy, oiled mouthfeel drops heavy through the dream to grapefruit, sassafras, white pepper, sage, lemon-lime pith and zest, with a vaporous orange oil swallowed quickly in a wash of coconut and brown bread finish. Salivating and dropping a few degrees in the process.

Persimmon colored amber with bone white crown showing yellow orange hues. Lace rock bridges crumble to wolves howling, then to sauropods gliding. The residual ice shelf showed a clear question mark. Now this one brings the nose-bread, with honeyed brown, potato, and dinner roll; lightest citrus note reflections. Grilled lemon and ripe lemon bathe one another with cola and ginger while a bitter acorn asserts. Light brown sugar and even a cinnamon edge protrude as grapefruit takes the helm and captains this interesting animal into the beyond. Spicy, citrusy, gleaming.

Alpenglow head with pink salmon tinges. Creamy crop with teardrop stylized baby fauna lacing. Bright clementine-lemon nose that smacks of unfrosted cinnamon roll, lemon pecan sandies, and honey, with lime oil, and dried pineapple. Suddenly, racy lemon and orange aggressively burst forth from behind a malty waterfall, elbowing Earl Gray in his Milquetoast-maker, before knocking seven bells out of his breadbasket and butternut. Flavorful despite a decidedly violent streak.

26 degree brewing in Pompano Beach, FL. Oktoberfest Marzen Lager.
Auburn amber, hibiscus tea colored marzen with a red-cream head and sharks tooth lacing. Honey-pecan nose also shows molasses and a hint of maple with a bitterness backstory verging on brown bread or coffee rye. Rich palate shows coffee and Brazil-nut, dark roasted almond, root beer, cream soda and chicory. This Marzen brings all the adumbrated beer hall’s charm and rustic gestalt. Thoughtful and authentic.

White capped drop to cirrus clouds and white crayon dogs over a golden amber pool. Oily lacing slips into obscurity, undeciphered. Tangerine and lemon oils confront grapefruit and cashew on the nose. Light clove and blood orange emerge in golden lemon zest on the palate. The bread-y center reads as sourdough, and plays peek-a-boo with razor thin toffee creme.

Rose gold-amber; full opacity. Loose, bone-colored head. Dissolving dinosaur lacing. Malty style with orange and orange blossom, lemon confit, lime zest and clementine. Citrusy hops with light dankity dank. Malty entry rapidly bursts with grapefruit, hempseed, flax, and lemon peel. Light peppercorn. Lemongrass and grape leaf.
