Creamy with banana pith bitterings that do not stall the creaminess. Miniscule vanilla and licorice musings amid the oasted grain and oak tannin; a pleasant compass. The lacing is creeping root, diving millipede dragon and manta flight with the attitude of a snooty cat. Yes, hell unleashed. Sit back and let this beer be your cushion, bones are a cage, and largely in the way.

The unctuous quality of this beer gives it a textural might! Puts some fleisch on those bones.

Cloudy amber, apple cider vinegar coloration. Hazy head of off-white cigarette butt with spit bugs eggs to burlap mask dissipation and slug leaf lacing. The nose is a pretzel dough, bierocks and dried lime mix. The palate is sparse with an amputated endurance. Not unpleasant, with bitter bits and snippet suggestions, but not their best offering.

Ghost of Connecticut wrap, tangelo, pomelo, lime pith, sesame, cigarette paper, lime juice, and just a clean assemblage of the aforementioned that defies gravity. Incredibly crafted beer gives you the bitterness with a mineral lift, then alights on the palate with a butterfly kiss of sweetness and grain. Long legs of joyous beer flavor!

Black coffee and bittersweet chocolate grip the palate, with burnt pecan edges. A creaminess suggests hazelnut oil, cola bean, tonka, carob, and mildly, ginger snap. Easy to drink stout that doesn’t give in to superlative extremes. Lovely beer!

Briny nose with honey notes, golden apple, frozen plum, pie crust, arugula, beeswax, and wheat germ. Glorious hoppyness shows lemon peel, pink and white wildflower sprays ultimately superseded by a bitterness that strikes just the right tempo. There is a natural mineral impression of gold flake, pine nut, and resinous oils abound. The lacing is glued. Such complexity in the hop arrangement here. Parsley, dried apricot, tarragon, sprouts, hay, bay and even a light and zesty jalapeño. Fantastische!
