Consistent favorite. Lime zest, crushed limestone. — 4 months ago
What a lovely, lovely wine. Classic J.J. Prum. A distinctly pretty light straw color in the glass with faint green tinges. The nose is oh so floriferous and charming. Honeysuckle and wildflowers with white peaches and yellow apples. After some time, there’s a bit of slate and honey. Light and breezy, this is so nice.
A crisp and lovely Mosel Riesling, it’s very much alive and inviting immediately. Refreshing and well balanced throughout. There is precision on the palate underscored by some nice minerality. The fruit is pronounced and remarkably crisp, led by bright citrus tones and light spice. Vibrant lemon zest and grapefruit is tremendous here. Prum delivers yet again.

Medium lemon , touches of gold , quite young looking . Really aromatic with candied peel , marzipan , white flowers , baked apple, orange peel . On the palate this is quite sweet and rich , but with high balanced acidity . Candied peel , baked apple , barley sugar , camomile . Quite intensely sweet finish , but with good underlying bracing acidity . Lightness of touch with great intensity . Still pretty young and sweet .
