Probably one of the best wines out there right now. Just mind blowing. — 8 months ago
Very good blend of 40% Trousseau, 15% Poulsard, 45% Pinot Noir. Similar to a full red burg Pinot. A little more funk and acidity. Cherry and dried cranberries, light body. Had it 2 nights in a row, with eggplant parm and salad.
Just had my last bottle of this, and it really is great, especially mid-April as the weather transitions. Held up with pasta, despite the lighter body. — 8 months ago
Wild, cider like. Lots of mineral. — 4 years ago
Longtime favorite and I snap up this foxy number whenever I see it. Crunchy strawberry and herbs, a bit of animal and yeast at the end but not too much to compromise the freshness. I don’t think this ages and should be drunk up but that doesn’t make it any less special — 7 months ago
A blend of 40% Poulsard, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Trousseau, the 2022 Rouge Arbois Tradition displays bright red fruits alongside spicy elements. Subtle herbaceous accents add complexity, attributable to the use of approximately 20% stems from the Pinot Noir and Trousseau during fermentation. Concentrated and savory, the 2022 is neatly framed by ripe tannins and can be enjoyed over the next four years. (Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, August 2024)

Jura FTW again! Man, this producer is fast becoming one of my favorites. Complexity here is off the charts: granite, cherry, cranberry, mushroom, dried herbs, eucalyptus, and more. Light and smooth, low tannins, it still packs a big flavor punch. Cherry cola, orange peel, lots of pepper. Heck yeah. — 2 years ago
Juicy fresh red fruit balanced by complex earthy notes. Hints of yeast and some farm/barnyard funk. — a year ago

The 2022 is next level. Just delicious. Lightly oxiditadive but in the best way. So full of flavor and nuance. Acid profile is so relaxed but provides the perfect backbone. — a day ago
