Has strong notes of the military industrial complex โ 3 years ago
my first ever pinot noir.
not from full on cold climate but from the Israeli negev desert(hot days and cold nights)
nothing to compare to so I'm not very confident reviewing.
100% pinot noir
14.4% abv
red fruit with leather and barnyard hints ๐
medium body.
high acidity.
tart and fruity with firm but light tannins ๐
long ๐ฏ that lingers on.
paired well with big varaiety brunch buffet.
krembo - sweet Israeli mass produced dessert made of industrial whipped cream, biscuit and 'chocolate' coat made it jammy and delicious.

Taking a stroll through the Napa industrial wine complex will do you no harm if you stick with Dry Creek. Known for their aggressive maceration and malolactic fermentation. Dry Creek could suck deep fruit out of a cherry pit. But thatโs fine. Rich cassis with an almost caramel richness and a heady mint and ox blood nose. Excellent value. โ 5 years ago
Likely verdicchio instead of Trebbiano as mentioned in Godforsaken grapes. Bright, mineral, strawberries. โYet what should become of the world? The industrial countries spreading like a blackness over all the world, horrible, in the end destructive. And the Garda was so lovely under the sky of sunshine, it was intolerable.โ โ 4 years ago
Hiked with the bhais this Saturday up in the Hudson River. A little too late for the leaves changing, but got a good 6 miles of elevation and scrambles in ๐
Stopped at Industrial Arts out of Garnerville for a quick hazy. Picked up a four pack of their various wrenches: torque and pocket and just plain ole wrench.
Solid, hits the spot, citrusy, piney, with pineapple & tropical undercurrent notes. Well-balanced and refreshing. โ a year ago
Delicious and elegant. Nose has wafty, gorgeous candied cherry fruit, granitic minerality, and a background note of barnyard funk to remind you this is not industrial Bojo. In the mouth itโs intensely flavorful but has a light feel and a silky texture. Beautifully pure fruit. Very nice, crisp acids. โ 4 years ago
There is no magic, but everything about is solid, authentic aromas, excellent fruit quality, plush texture, sound structure, subtle, appealing oak and overall harmony and integrity. Some might prefer more earth, more personality or stronger oak presence, but it has the focus and the definition most commercial, industrial wines miss. โ 5 years ago

Another SB blend done right. This time with Chardonnay and skins. Industrial strength. โ 7 months ago
