This turned out to be really excellent. Bought direct from Kermit Lynch. Classic, dark ripe cherry. Touch plum and extremely good soft and plenty of tannins. Quite tart now yet it will last a decade. Lemon, apple juice, white flowers, tons of acid and minerality. A bit gravelly.
Aged 8 months on lees in a steel tank, adding a bit of weight to this super refreshing wine. Delicious with summer salads, soft cheese, and on its own.

The nose reveals fresh and fruity aromas of berries with very clean and pleasing aromas that starts with hints of cherry, currant and strawberry followed by scents of rose and violet.
