Nose has tangelo juice (orange-ish but higher citrus note), tangerine peel, orange zest, pink salt slab and a pint of strawberries.
Palate has thin Clementine juice, dried orange pith, partially-dried strawberry with warmed dry earth on the finish. The wine starts with some nice acidity when cold, but this relaxes nicely as it warms. Decanted 45m.
These arrived at my storage facility over the last few weeks, finally picked up the bottles and many others yesterday. Once I found this rosato, one went immediately into the cooler to chill for 24H. This is such a fun wine, really expands itself with air and another year of wait. Luckily I bought more on '17 than the '15 so we can stretch these a little further into the future.

So pure, fresh as spring water. Totally get the tangerine on this. Beautiful mid-palate. Alpine.
