I really like what Evening Land does in general and their Pinots in particular. Lovely nose with some good cherry. Balanced mouthfeel with good dark red fruit and some nice herby notes. Acid is medium but works well to hold it together and the persistence is good. Really quite enjoyable. — 18 days ago

My last bottle of 2015 Applejack Pinot Noir. Sweet red fruits - lacked the complexity I was expecting at 10 years of age. The following night more savoury, earthy, mushroom like notes making the wine more complex and delicious. My early notes years ago, showing overt whole bunch influence have integrated into the overall wine. — 2 months ago
