Not much difference from last tasting two years ago. Pale yellow and still has a petrol, dill, and honeysuckle aromas. Slightly salty and buttery. Rich and velvety, but low in acidity. — 17 days ago

Well, it’s definitely tawny color after 11 years. Aromas of prunes and licorice. Stewed fruits with a bit of tartness. The finish is medium. I would have to say it’s past its prime. — 2 months ago
