Very well balanced semi-dry. Has the zesty, moderate acidity of a dry Riesling to show off minerally and lime zest notes. Finishes sweet without being cloying. — 7 months ago
Color: Pale white / tinge of yellow
Aroma: Petrol, freshness, crisp, grass, meadows, what you would imagine gushing river water to smell like
Tasting notes: Asian pear, slight cheddar, sweet leaves
Texture: Laced with silk, rich, creamy, comforting, mouth hug

Really delicious light, summery, juicy red. Yum! — 2 years ago
Impressive for its focus and presentation. Green Apple and grapefruit on the nose and palate. Clean and laser-focused with lychee on the back end. Super summer’s day sipper. Tilting sweet. First time trying this producer. Was not aware that NY was producing wines of this quality. — 6 months ago

Clear deep gold. Abundant, genie-like nose of baked apple and birch. Medium palate confirms the nose -- the apple is green -- with a hint of ripe pear and mineral notes with solid, medium-plus acidity tempered by the barrel treatment. The Classique draws from the top vineyards around lower Seneca Lake, and the result is among the best the Finger Lakes has to offer. Excellent all-around white for rich seafood, pork, or poultry dishes, and especially the Thanksgiving table. Drink now 2021 through 2026. — 2 years ago
Liked it. Nice and dry — 3 months ago
Excellent Pinot Blanc with nice lees aging richness and complexity. Prime drinking at 3+ years of age and versatile at the table too. — 6 months ago
