This bottle reminds me more of my first bottle. Ready to drink, pretty much pnp. Medium ruby colored. Not much on the nose. But nice black and blue fruit upfront, silky tannins, nice soft mouthfeel, mid palate of milk chocolate, light caramel, red licorice, lead pencil shavings. Really enjoyable. — a year ago

2007 vintage poured on December 31, 2022. Dark in the glass, tannins have smoothed out and still strong raspberry and cherry on the palette. Paired with Beef Wellington and a green peppercorn sauce. Admittedly the sauce overpowered the wine. — 2 years ago
