Clean, sharp and crisp Chard. Nice subtle dance plays in the background but all at a reduced level allowing enjoyment on the back tongue as it lingers after a sip. Won’t ever overpower, but has a well crafted delicate balance that is wonderful. Solid glass and a good entry into chard for those not sure if they’d like it. — 2 months ago
Not as bold as I was thinking it would be - but still an enjoyable French red at a good price point. Dry, mature red fruit but not in a way that overwhelms. — 2 months ago
My word - this is nearly perfect! Mature and perfect on the nose, robust & sturdy on the palette. Smooth finish with old world French notes, but in a smoother less heavy yet still flavourful Italian style. Sips well alone or with a meal. Just wow! — a month ago
An absolute tour de force of French greatness. Brought back from France by a good friend, and enjoying how incredible this wine is. Amazing mouth feel, earthy tones on the nose and a sublime sip from start to finish: mature red fruit and a dry finish that leave the glass in your hand. Just wow! — 2 months ago
Lovely sparkling Riesling! Fantastic way to kick off the evening! Smooth, subtle and refreshing with each sip. Not overpowering, not sweet and a touch of dryness that ends each glass. Perfect! — 2 months ago
A nice steady Cab Sav: medium body with a nice flavor from front to back. Dry finish, mature red fruit, yet not overpowering. Good glass! — a month ago
Solid yet smooth Napa Cab Sav - great dry finish that pairs well with a meal or even sips solo. Great balance with ripe red fruit that shines throughout the glass. — 3 months ago

So at the price point and label I was expecting a hard hitting big Bordeaux….this is not that. This isn’t bad by any stretch but drinks below what I’ve come to expect from the area and what a $35 bottle should present. That aside, a solid entry and clean finish. Mature red fruits in the back of the palette. Earth notes on the nose. This would be perfect at $25. — 19 days ago
