Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90min. The NV Sansevé pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and tart tropical fruit, white peach, lemon curd, white flowers and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and the texture is silky. Almost quaffable. Drink now. — 3 days ago

Wow. This has aged magnificently. As good a bottle of entry level wine as I’ve had from Italy. Such a joy to drink.

N: pink roses. Some bramble.

P: perfect Nebbiolo fruit still fresh. Awesome.

Wow. This has aged magnificently.

Nose: dense. Brooding but still alive. Complex as this opens a lovely florality. Utterly gorgeous 30 minutes in. More pink rose and pretty as it opens.

Palate: dark cherry. Silky. Clean. Spice.
