Nose has roses and some nice meaty tones that come with age. Spicey as well. Basically classic Costa Della Sessia. Juicy palate with nice lift and really in a great place. Red fruits and spice throughout. Nice mintyness as well and surprisingly good length. Very sappy and very pure. As it airs out this gets some tannic heft and density. 9.1 to 9.2.

Wow. This has aged magnificently. As good a bottle of entry level wine as I’ve had from Italy. Such a joy to drink.
N: pink roses. Some bramble.
P: perfect Nebbiolo fruit still fresh. Awesome.
