Thinking it was a problem with this bottle rather than the wine as a whole. Purchased from Trader Joe. Cork was in bad shape. Wine was off color and rasted both corky and sour. Not a good one.

Delicious with spaghetti. Dry and bold and maybe tart? Slightly smoky. Nice price: $15 at TJ’s. Buy this again. At the lake with Chas, the day they took out the tree.

Have to admit I’ve never heard of Nebbiolo grapes. This 2015 vintage has balanced taste with elegant flavors of black cherry, oak and some kind of spice. I was worried I wouldn’t like it but I really do like it, I do. Going to restock a few more bottles.
