Nose: bright. Lovely. White and yellow flowers. Pink grapefruit.
Palate: on the sweet side. Nice peach. Solid. Mountain stream. Sort of lovely if not not brilliant.

The most open of the Keller Kabi-kiste wines. Just all fruity and floral from the get-go - Citrus, stone fruits, rose water, and anise! It’s really the fruitiest of the lot, showing even hints of candied elements, but all framed in a weightless playful package. Truly intensity without weight. — 4 years ago
Stunning nose. So complex and expressive. Vanilla, nougat, tropical, but just barely tropical as it’s also flirting with citrus. Stunning minerality. This is like Mosel meets Rheinhessen. Juicy and lean with tremendous rain water purity and such stunning concentration. Really just beautiful. Tangy, lime zest, citrus fruits abound in the finish. Nimble and electric with such focus and precision. My score is the same as last time. 9.5. One of the best Orstweine I’ve ever had. — 5 years ago
Lovely riesling with great balance, and a touch of sweetness. Great value. 2017 — 8 years ago
Wow, medium yellow color, very nice floral apricot honeyed with just a hint of that petrol underneath, with a light lithe texture into a bit more acidic finish. 8% ABV. Must have aged well since last time, last one unfortunately — 6 months ago
Needs an hour decant.
Nose : rich Meyer lemon. Sweet richness. Amazing nose. Hint of lemon floor wax. Elite level intensity. Some smoke as it opens.
Palate: very dense but in a fruity way. Large polished stone minerality. Meyer lemon.
Very particular.

Well Aged Rheinhessen Reisling with a beautiful orange color. Aromas and flavors of honey, beeswax, dried apricots and dried pears. Nice balance of sweetness and acidity. Low alcohol (9%). Slightly oxidized due to its age but still drinking well. Smooth texture. Best as an aperitif. Thank You Ron B. — 4 years ago
Just a beautiful wine that is vibrating on its own plane. Stunningly floral nose. So delicate and layered and almost poignant. Amazing deep minerality that is so primal, almost of a different time. So special. Citrus, lime, crushed rocks, river stream. So many aromas. Such an array. One of the greatest noses on a young Riesling ever. Insanely juicy and complex with just electric acidity and minerality. Like a cloud with so many flavors and layers but oh so delicate. My god this is stunnIng. Epically long and well paced finish with insane levels of energy, lime sweet tart, huge minerals and insane structure. This needs 5 years and will age gracefully for 15-18. An accomplishment. — 7 years ago
