Intense color with greenish hue. Fragrant aromatic, concentrated, sea salinity. Floral, almonds. Medium body. Unmistakably demonstrates the Grand Cru level which is accessible now and has immense potential for years ahead. Fully justifies the nobility of Vaudesir which often considered on par or the runner up to Le Clos.
Fairly steep slopes of Vaudesir with NW exposure provide cool temperatures and sunlight in the evening. Vines of Louis Michel parcels were planted in 1950-70s.
Winemaking with indigenous yeasts, spontaneous malo and matured for at least 18 months. Wines never see oak, stainless steel tanks only.

Excellent Chablis - classic oyster shell and minerality in a slightly oily texture that coats the mouth as you enjoy an array of primary fruits - lemon peel, apple, pear, peach pith, along with floral notes of orange blossom and white flower. This is all cut perfectly by high acidity that carries the flavors in a long and lively finish. — 3 days ago

Yellow gold. Buttery. Shows its age with more tertiary aromas of mushrooms. Oily texture. Bitter citrus zest and long finish. No oak wine making preserves the purity of the wine with aging. It won't develop more and we are lucky to meet it at the stage before it starts declining.
Comes from the smallest Chablis Grand Cru. Domaine's plot is located at the top of the slope. Vines were planted in 1950-80. SW exposure, with plenty of sunshine and gentle breezes, tempered by the Serein river. Fairly gentle slope. Le Chablisienne cooperative owns over 75% of the climat.
Winemaking is with indigenous yeasts, in temperature-controlled vats. Wines never see oak, steel only. Maturation 18mo.

Almost peak? Good aroma, oak, leather. Gentle and balanced taste. Changed a lot with complexity with herb or slight medicine. Fruity, violet. Bordeaux nuance is not so strong. 2012 @4350, wine plus - BB, 210407 — 9 days ago

Nose is gorgeous cherry lipstick As this opens almost this Burgundian Muskiness. Oh. My. May be fucktastic. ... yes it will be.
Palate is fresh cherry fruit. So juicy. Mineral. Dense. Cherry extract. $500 cherry liquor.
Much more classically burgundy than his other wines.
Needs 18 months. Will be very good.
