Crisp, with a tart finish. Nice aromas. But I’ve had better chenin blanc. Not at the reasonable price of $16.95 though. Babs liked it a lot more than me. We did finish the entire bottle at one sitting. Would try it again. — 16 days ago
Very jammy and sweet. Almost like a desert wine. Very pleasant. Gotta try more! — a month ago
Very jammy. Sweet, tasty. Really opens up 1 hrs later. Very fruity. Starts out as oaky but then becomes very fruity. Oaky after taste. Spicy. For $29.99 it’s really good! Very high alcohol content. 14.8% would try again. It’s medium quality, very close to the upper level. Maybe a 2nd bottle after a top wine?
I remember having a bottle at Maestros and liking it. Bold, strong, fruity.
Babs really like it. She rated it as a 9.5!
BTW - had a little bit left the next day, it’s lost all its magic. Drink it in one sitting. — a month ago
Mom really likes this. Crisp and light for Chardonnay. — 13 days ago
Meh. A little too sweet. Vanilla after taste. Strange perfume in the aftertaste. So so nose. Never really opened up. I’ve always counted on Lytton Springs in the 20 years I‘be know the wine. This is the first time it’s let me down. I might be interested in trying again but with guarded reservation. — 16 days ago
Borderline 8. Can’t decide if it is pleasant. Goes in and out. Not much fragrance. Very dry with bitter aftertaste. Not worth the $14.95 price. Can’t understand the high ratings.
Sivv absolutely hates it. But I didn’t think it was that bad. I’m just not sure I’d get it again. — 16 days ago
Pleasant and simple. Not much nose. Fruity and peppery. Not sure why people are raving about this wine. It is very easy drinking at 15.5% ACL. Not bad for the $18.95 price tag. Read somewhere I should have held it for longer. It’s a maybe on the buy again list, but definitely not the first. — 20 days ago

It is definitely tasting like an older wine after 10 years. More muted and subtle. Still pleasant. Oaky and moldy aroma. Muted fruit, but it still breaks through. — 11 days ago
