Another winner at Chapeu. A great recommendation from Phillip. Uncle Dan and I both really likes it. We took the leftover home. 5 days later it is still pretty good. Uncle Dan thinks it’s even better but I thought the first night was better. Subtle French Syrah. With a nice balance and aromas. Would definitely get again. — a month ago

At first really strong dark bitter chocolate. Even some cough syrupy. But then it opens up and gets ripe fruit. It is a remarkably strong for a 13 year old wine. It’s better the 2nd day. But maybe just decant for 1-2 hours next time. 11.99 at K&L would get again. — 2 months ago
